The Association of Clean Water Administrators (“ACWA”) issued an FY 2025 Funding Chart Update (“Update”).

The Update is stated to reflect the:

…FY 2025 “Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025” funding levels.

ACWA describes itself as the:

…national voice of State and Interstate programs, the ACWA strives to protect and restore watersheds to achieve “clean water everywhere for everyone.”

The components of the Update include elements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) budgets, such as:

  • Categorical Grants.
    • Section 106.
    • Section 319 NPS.
    • Wetlands Program Development.
    • Public Water Supply.
    • Beaches Protection.
  • Regional Programs.
    • Great Lakes Restoration.
    • Chesapeake Bay.
    • Puget Sound
    • Long Island Sound.
    • Gulf of Mexico.
    • Lake Champlain.
